Bottle returns/credit

We credit $.25 for each bottle returned to us. For each growler, we credit $10 back as a credit for a refill/exchange. For example, the first time you order a growler, you pay $25. When you re-order a second time, you will get your credit of $10 after your original/previous growler is returned, totaling $15 refilled/exchanged per growler.

Bottle/Growlers How to Return

You can set the bottles outside, and we will pick them up when we deliver your next order. Please have them somewhere visible so our delivery driver can see them. After we pick them up, we will credit you back for the number of bottles returned within the next few days.

Delivery

Due to certain limitations, we are unable to guarantee precise delivery days/times. Please watch out for announcements or subscribe to receive updates on delivery days in your area.We provide free deliveries in areas listed bellow. Typically our delivery schedule in:

Portland/Vancouver area: Weekly, on Thursdays/Fridays

Tacoma/Seattle/Everett area: 1-2x/month, usually on weekends but can vary, so watch out for announcements or subscribe for updates.

Salem: 1x/month, watch out for announcements or subscribe for updates.

Delivery over $50 are free.

If you cannot complete your order upon checkout due to your address location being out of our delivery zone, you can email us to review your address, and we will see if we can add your zip code to our delivery zone.

Ingredients

The ingredients that we use are RAW which means we do not pasteurize our kombucha. Having a RAW Kombucha is excellent for your gut. We try our best to connect with our local farmers to create our seasonal Yumboocha blends with different fruit flavors throughout the year. We use Organic Granulated Cane Sugar for our kombucha SCOBY food and flavoring. We refuse to use the following:

NATURAL FLAVORING, ARTIFICIAL FLAVORING, ARTIFICIAL SUGAR, JUICE FROM CONCENTRATE, FRUIT EXTRACTS, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, FRUIT SYRUP, and anything that is chemically formulated instead of grown in the garden. :)
